Window, Grounds and High-Level Cleaning Services Framework

This framework agreement covers comprehensive cleaning services for buildings and facilities, including: internal and external window cleaning (standard glass, leaded/stained glass, skylights, glazed partitions, curtain walling); specialized high-level access cleaning using techniques such as abseiling; doors and screens; grounds maintenance services such as power washing, gutter cleaning, and roof maintenance; high-level facility cleaning including steel joists in large spaces; and specialized services including solar panel cleaning, cladding and graffiti removal, pigeon proofing, and cleaning of external features such as canopies, shelters, and signs. Suppliers should have expertise in working at height, access equipment operation, and facility maintenance across diverse building types.
