Annual Investment Property Valuations - 2 Year Contract

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a qualified valuation firm to provide annual asset valuations for Mansfield District Council's investment property portfolio over a 2-year period (1 November 2025 - 31 October 2027). The portfolio comprises 10 properties nationwide, including a hotel, gym, office space, supermarket, vehicle sales centre, retail stores, industrial unit, shopping centre, and mixed-use developments. The valuer will be responsible for: conducting annual fair value assessments of all investment properties as required by International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for financial reporting purposes; and performing annual impairment reviews to identify any material changes in asset values between the valuation date (31 December) and year-end (31 March). This is a single supplier contract with no extension options. The successful bidder must demonstrate relevant experience in valuing diverse commercial and mixed-use property portfolios and be capable of delivering nationwide coverage. Quotes should detail methodology, timescales, and fee structure for the 2-year contract period.
