Rolling Stock Components and Spare Parts Supply Framework

WM Trains is establishing a framework agreement for the supply of rolling stock components, spares, and repairable spare parts for running and heavy maintenance operations. This framework will be available for use by participating rail industry authorities including Train Operating Companies, Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, holders of passenger or station licenses, and DFT Operator Limited. Suppliers selected under this framework will enter into an agreement with WM Trains, who manages all procurement activities and supplier communications. Participating authorities may place subsequent call-off orders for components and services as needed. The framework agreement may be novated or assigned to Train Operating Companies or their parent companies following corporate restructuring.
