Multi-supplier Framework for Protected Disclosure Investigation Services

The Office of Government Procurement is announcing a potential opportunity to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for receipt and investigation of protected disclosures. This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) only—not an active call for competition at this time, but a call to competition may be issued within the next 3 months. Eligible companies and organisations with expertise in handling and investigating protected disclosures are encouraged to prepare for potential submission. The framework may be divided into multiple lots and will be made available to Irish public sector bodies. This notice indicates anticipated contracts over the next 12 months but does not constitute a binding commitment to purchase. No response to this notice is required at present.
