The platform guides patients through their MSK management journey at multiple touchpoints, including primary care consultations, MSK specialist services, and during physiotherapy treatment. The service is Class 1 medical device certified, DTAC approved, and fully compliant with NHS clinical safety and information governance standards. Content is evidence-based, clinically approved, and incorporates behavioral change techniques to support patient self-management and recovery. The platform features personalized support, risk management safeguards, and local pathway configuration, with functionality to direct patients to professional help when needed. This is a funded two-year opportunity.
