NEC4 Project Manager Contract Administration for M25 Junction 10 and Junction 28 Closeout

This opportunity seeks a qualified NEC4 Project Manager to provide comprehensive contract administration services for highway infrastructure closeout work on the M25 motorway. The Project Manager will deliver independent contract administration under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC), including: evaluating contractor payments and claims, issuing project certificates, reviewing and accepting construction programmes, managing project risks and implementing risk reduction strategies, and fulfilling all standard Project Manager duties as defined in the NEC4 contract framework. This role is essential for ensuring compliant contract management, fair assessment of deliverables, and successful project completion for the South region motorway enhancement programme (Wave 3, Stage 7).
