Consultant Team for New Longstone School Building Project

This is an opportunity to be appointed as the Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) for designing and delivering a new 320-pupil primary school at Longstone School, Dundonald. The successful consultant team will provide full professional design and management services across all RIBA stages (0-7) on a traditional design basis, with investigation of both traditional and modern construction methods. The scope includes architectural design, site selection review, landscape design, hard and soft play areas, and future-proofing the facility for potential expansion or reconfiguration. The project encompasses comprehensive site and landscape works to create a complete educational facility on the proposed site. This is a significant engagement suitable for established consultant teams with experience in educational building design and delivery.
