Subscription Management Services for Serials and Periodicals

This procurement seeks qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive subscriptions agent services for managing print and electronic serials, periodicals, and related offerings. Key requirements include: delivery of a fully-online subscriptions management platform enabling efficient ordering, tracking, and administration of pre-paid annual subscriptions; support for both print and electronic formats; and comprehensive management of associated services. This is a framework agreement valued at approximately £250,000,000 over four years (subject to PME review). Successful suppliers will be responsible for streamlining the subscription lifecycle, from order placement through invoice management and delivery coordination.
