Architect-Led Design Services for Two Community Development Projects in Ireland

This opportunity seeks an experienced architect to lead the complete redevelopment of two vacant buildings in Ireland: Ballintober Holiday Lodge and Community Cafe, and Termonbarry Creative Community and Tourism Hub. The projects involve transforming former Garda Stations into functional community facilities. The architect-led integrated design team will manage all phases including: stakeholder consultation and engagement, building investigations, architectural and landscape design, cost planning, procurement, and project management. The role includes serving as assigned certifier and PSDP (Planning Supervisor for Design Process) coordinator. The successful applicant will coordinate all required specialist consultancies including structural and building services engineers, civil engineers, M&E engineers, fire safety consultants, quantity surveyors, planning specialists, environmental assessment professionals, archaeologists, and architectural heritage consultants. Work will proceed through statutory planning processes with detailed design development and certification of all completed works.
