Visitor Flow and Circulation Consultant for Natural History Museum Western Galleries Renovation

The Natural History Museum seeks a visitor flow and circulation consultant to support Phase 2 of the NHM150 transformation programme, running through to the Museum's 150th anniversary in 2031. Phase 2 focuses on renovating the west wing of the Waterhouse building, encompassing base-build refurbishment with improved circulation and facilities, alongside design and installation of new exhibitions in four major public galleries. The consultant will work across all delivery stages from base-build design through to exhibition fit-out, ensuring optimal visitor experiences and efficient movement throughout the renovated spaces.
