Supported Housing and Resettlement Services for North Yorkshire

North Yorkshire is seeking a provider to deliver supported housing services across the region through a single contract lot. The service will offer short-term accommodation and support for up to 2 years, focusing on helping individuals maintain independence, develop practical skills, and sustain tenancies. The program targets high and medium-risk offenders supervised by the National Probation Service, helping them access employment, prevent homelessness, and reduce reoffending risks. Services build on established Supporting People principles and will be delivered in collaboration with the National Probation Service at strategic, delivery, and case management levels. The contract value is based on Year 1 tendered costs with potential inflationary adjustments at the Authority's discretion. Suppliers should demonstrate experience in housing-related support, offender rehabilitation, and multi-agency collaboration.
