ICT Managed Services for Raleigh Education Trust

Raleigh Education Trust is seeking an experienced ICT managed services provider to deliver comprehensive technical support across nine school sites serving over 1,500 pupils and staff. The successful contractor will be responsible for managing the Trust's complete ICT infrastructure, including on-site and off-site technical support, with service delivery expected to meet high standards across all school locations. The contract covers six schools initially, expanding to nine schools by September 2026. The provider will inherit one existing member of staff (TUPE applies) and must be capable of managing the full lifecycle of ICT infrastructure support, from daily maintenance to strategic development and management.
