External Financial Audit and Assurance Services

The National Oceanography Centre is seeking external financial audit and funding assurance services to meet its statutory, regulatory, and funder obligations. The services will include: annual financial statement audits; assurance and certification for externally funded programmes, grants, and research activities; audit opinions and assurance reports; attendance at governance and audit committee meetings; regulatory and funder reporting support; and audit planning and risk assessment services. The selected provider will work in accordance with applicable accounting, audit, and regulatory standards and may assist with financial filings to external regulators and funders. This is an advance notice of procurement intention and does not constitute a formal call for competition.
