Consultancy Services Framework for Minor Works Schemes (Up to £5m) - Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland

Five Northern Ireland Health and Social Care Trusts are establishing NEC4 Framework Contracts to engage up to fourteen consultancy service providers for minor works schemes valued up to £5 million. Framework contracts will run for up to four years, subject to satisfactory performance. Required disciplines include: Architect, Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Services Engineer, Electrical Services Engineer, NEC4 Project Manager (including ECC Project Manager/Supervisor and TSC/TSSC Client's Agent), Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, and Principal Designer. Services will cover a broad range of minor works including new buildings, extensions, conversions and refurbishments, building services upgrades, feasibility and condition surveys, and compliance works (legionella, fire safety, DDA, asbestos). This is an excellent opportunity for multi-disciplinary consultancy firms to secure framework agreements with public sector healthcare clients. Suppliers should have NEC4 experience and the ability to deliver comprehensive professional services across multiple engineering and architectural disciplines.
