Countryside Land Management and Estate Maintenance Services Framework

Lake District National Park Authority (LDNPA) is seeking qualified suppliers for a Countryside Land Management and Estate Maintenance Framework Agreement. This framework will support the organisation's Ranger Services Team and other departments in delivering landscape management, ecological monitoring, and estate maintenance across the Lake District National Park. Required services may include: recurring maintenance such as bridge repairs and material sourcing; advisory and practical support for public sector funded projects like the Coast-to-Coast initiative; and specialist guidance on habitat management, woodland and grassland monitoring, biodiversity net gain, and historic environment conservation. LDNPA seeks experienced suppliers who understand the organisation's mission to promote sustainable development, protect the landscape and wildlife, and support vibrant communities. Suppliers should demonstrate expertise in rights of way maintenance, visitor management, nature recovery initiatives, and rural property enhancement. The framework will be flexible to accommodate varying and specific needs across the organisation, with opportunities to support both internal projects and partnerships with organisations such as Fix the Fells.
