Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade - Evaluation Consultancy Services Framework Agreement

The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking qualified evaluation consultancy firms to join a multi-supplier framework agreement. This opportunity invites economic operators to provide evaluation services across three specialised areas: (1) Senior technical advisory services and quality assurance for evaluations and evaluation-type exercises; (2) Building evaluation capacity and culture through training, learning events, and guidance on contemporary evaluation best practice; and (3) Delivery of evaluations and evaluation-type exercises, either independently or as part of a team with DFAT's Evaluation and Audit Unit. Services will support various DFAT needs including planned evaluations of Mission Strategies in partner countries. The framework is structured into three lots, allowing suppliers to bid for one or multiple service areas based on their expertise and capabilities.
