Opportunity Overview: The university requires flexible cleaning services across three distinct lots to handle peak seasonal demand (May-September) and ongoing weekly maintenance: Lot 1 - Lease End and Specialist Cleaning (Maximum 8 suppliers): Full cleaning of student rooms at lease end, including carpet and upholstery cleaning. Approximately 5,817 rooms June-September and 4,698 rooms in September only. Lot 2 - Commercial Cleaning (Maximum 3 suppliers): Hotel and commercial property cleaning with rapid turnaround requirements. Volume depends on booking schedules. Lot 3 - DOMUS 24-Hour Turnaround Cleaning (Maximum 2 suppliers): Specialized service for tenement-style flats (1-7 bedrooms) across multiple city locations requiring completion within 24 hours. Approximately 885 rooms May-September at 65% occupancy. Properties feature multiple floors (ground to fourth), limited parking, and shared facilities.
