National Collection Digitisation Capability Pilot for N-RICH

This opportunity supports the development and testing of digitisation capabilities for the N-RICH prototype, an initiative aimed at building a comprehensive national collection. The project seeks to pilot digitisation processes, workflows, and technologies that will enable cultural institutions and heritage organizations to efficiently convert physical materials into digital formats. Participants will work on establishing standardized approaches, infrastructure, and best practices for large-scale digitisation efforts that can be scaled across the national collection. This pilot will inform technical requirements, resource needs, and implementation strategies for future phases of the national collection programme.
