Evaluation Consultancy Services Framework - Ireland Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade

The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade seeks qualified evaluation consultants through a multi-supplier framework agreement to provide: (1) senior technical advisory services and quality assurance at various evaluation stages; (2) evaluation capacity building through training, learning events, and guidance on best practices; and (3) evaluation team delivery for planned and ad-hoc evaluations including assessments of DFAT Mission Strategies. The framework is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers senior technical advisory services and quality assurance; Lot 2 focuses on building evaluation capacity and culture within the Department; and Lot 3 involves delivering evaluations as part of evaluation teams. Successful tenderers will work alongside DFAT's Evaluation and Audit Unit to support the Department's evaluation needs across multiple partner countries and initiatives.
