Fire Risk Assessment and Remedial Works Contracts

Anchor is seeking qualified contractors to deliver Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Remedial Works across multiple areas. The contracts will encompass structural fire protection including compartmentation of walls, floors, and ceilings; fire door surveys with remedial repairs and replacement recommendations; cavity barriers; fire shutters, doors, and curtains; intumescent air transfers and grilles; fire-resisting ducting and dampers; fire stopping around service penetrations such as pipes and cables; scooter storage and e-bike facilities; external works; associated general building works; health checks and surveys including mechanical and electrical (M&E) inspections; asset tagging; and quality checks and audits.
