Housing Development and Management Partnership - Imperial Road

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) is seeking a Housing Association partner to collaborate on the development, design, and ongoing management of a housing project at Imperial Road. This is not a design competition; rather, the Authority is looking for a qualified partner to work with post-award to develop the project and provide long-term housing management. The successful bidder will be granted a 250-year lease and will be responsible for fully funding both the development and ongoing housing management operations. Eligible bidders must be registered Housing Associations under the Housing Act 1985 (Part 1) and provide housing management services meeting the 'managed properties' category requirements under the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006 (Part 8A, Regulations 75H) and Housing Benefit Circular HB A8/2014.
