AI and Automation Implementation Partner for London LGPS CIV

London LGPS CIV Limited (London CIV) is seeking an experienced AI and Automation Implementation Partner to lead the practical implementation of prioritised artificial intelligence and automation use cases across its operations. London CIV is an FCA-authorised Alternative Investment Fund Manager managing approximately £30 billion of Local Government Pension Scheme assets on behalf of 32 London Local Authority members and the City of London Corporation. The successful partner will implement AI solutions across investment operations, fund management, client reporting, compliance monitoring, and corporate functions within London CIV's Microsoft 365 E5 and Azure cloud environment. Key deliverables include: assessing use cases and developing implementation roadmaps; designing, building, testing and deploying production-ready AI solutions; integrating solutions with portfolio management systems, order management systems, fund accounting platforms, and existing technology; implementing AI governance and ensuring FCA regulatory compliance; managing change, staff training and capability building; providing post-implementation support and optimisation; and producing technical documentation and operational guidance. The role requires expertise in enterprise AI implementation, financial services compliance, and integration with complex financial technology ecosystems.
