This is a framework agreement to supply mentoring services to the Local Enterprise Office South Dublin, supporting micro enterprises and aspiring entrepreneurs across the region. The program matches experienced business practitioners with small business owners and managers to provide practical advice, strategic guidance, and independent observation to support business decision-making. Services are organized across 15 specialist lots covering: Finance, Business Management, Social Media and Digital Marketing, Sales and Marketing/PR, Human Resources, Food and Drink, Social Enterprise, Creative Economy (Textiles, Design, Fashion), Website/SEO, Intellectual Property/Legal Services, Health/Wellbeing/Beauty Therapy, Technology/Engineering, IT/Digital/AI/Software Development/Cybersecurity, Export/Customs, and Other Relevant Sectors (Procurement, Manufacturing, GDPR, Professional Services). Mentors will provide support through business information services, training, networking opportunities, and financial support guidance for qualifying businesses.
