Risk and Needs Assessment System - Prison Digital Services

Retender for a managed service supplier to build and deliver the Assess Risk, Needs & Strengths (ARNS) Service for the UK Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS). This service will replace the legacy OASys system and serve as the primary risk assessment tool for individuals under supervision throughout their entire offender management journey. The ARNS system is critical infrastructure for probation and prison operations, supporting assessment, case management, and rehabilitation decisions. Suppliers will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining key service components to ensure reliable, secure assessment capabilities for thousands of users across the criminal justice system.
