Ventilation System Inspection, Maintenance and Remediation Services

Yorkshire Water Services Limited is establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement for inspection, maintenance, and remediation services for specialist process ventilation and odour-control systems across its clean water and wastewater treatment sites. The framework enables call-off contracts for: routine and statutory inspections; risk assessments and compliance surveys; condition grading and remedial work identification; planned and reactive maintenance; emergency response services; and repairs addressing safety, compliance, or performance issues. Suppliers will also provide asset information management, tagging, and reporting services. These services ensure safe and effective operation of ventilation assets while supporting Yorkshire Water's compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations including COSHH and DSEAR requirements. Appointed suppliers will be awarded call-off contracts according to the framework agreement's allocation and call-off procedures.
