Statutory Audit Services for Magnox Electric Group Pension Scheme (2026/27)

Nuclear Retirement Services (NRS) is seeking an external auditor to provide statutory audit services for the Magnox Electric Group of the Electricians' Superannuation and Protection Scheme (ESPS), a defined benefit occupational pension scheme. The selected supplier will audit the group's financial statements and prepare a statement about contributions in compliance with the Occupational Pension Schemes (Requirement to obtain Audited Accounts and a Statement from the Auditor) Regulations 1996. The engagement covers the group year ending 31 March 2026 and continues for subsequent years until replaced by a new agreement. The auditor will provide an independent assessment of the scheme's financial position, verify contribution compliance, and deliver audit opinions and supporting documentation. Prior year audits remain under their original agreements. Qualified auditors with experience in occupational pension scheme audits are encouraged to apply.
