Heating System Upgrade and Building Works for Six Schools in Ireland – Biomass Programme

This construction opportunity involves heating plantroom upgrades and associated electrical works at six school locations across County Longford (3 schools) and County Westmeath (3 schools) in Ireland. The scope includes all builder's works and site preparation necessary to facilitate biomass heating installations. The contractor will be responsible for installing the heating plantroom equipment, performing electrical upgrades, and completing all related construction and site works. A separate biomass contractor will handle the final biomass heating system installation. This is part of the Schools Energy Pathfinder 2025 initiative and represents Bundle 5 of the Heating Upgrade and Building Enabling Works Package for Longford and Westmeath Education and Training Board (LWETB).
