Place-Based Perception Research and Strategic Alignment Study - Market Engagement

Derry City and Strabane District Council is conducting a preliminary market engagement exercise to gather information from specialist service providers before procuring services for a Place-Based Perception Research and Strategic Alignment Study. This exercise will help the Council understand how the Derry and Strabane City Region is perceived by key audiences and ensure strategic priorities are aligned with future place positioning. The Council is seeking supplier input on: the feasibility and scope of the proposed research; best practice methodologies for perception research and stakeholder engagement; market capability, innovation, and delivery approaches; and strategic insights to develop a robust specification and procurement strategy. Interested suppliers are invited to complete a questionnaire to provide information about their capabilities, experience, and proposed approaches. Responses will be used solely to inform the Council's internal business planning and procurement strategy development and will NOT be evaluated in any subsequent tender process.
