Creative Support Program for Neurodivergent Young Adults Seeking Employment

This pilot project supports neurodivergent young adults in Greater Manchester to find, maintain, and succeed in meaningful work. Using trauma-informed creative approaches led by neurodivergent professionals, the program works with participants, employers, and partner organizations to identify and overcome employment barriers, build confidence, and create more inclusive workplaces. The project includes training and employment of neurodivergent practitioners as program delivery staff. Opportunities exist for employers and service providers to participate in co-design and implementation of inclusive employment practices.
