This opportunity involves providing on-site first response care and support services for older people with extra care needs across three residential properties. A dedicated on-site first response Care Team will be stationed at each location to deliver immediate medical attention and care coordination. The service will operate across the following sites: Weavers Court in Alnwick (58 properties), The Manors in Prudhoe (46 properties), and The Elms in Chester le Street (54 properties). The service is intended to provide rapid emergency response, health support, and care management for residents requiring enhanced support. Potential suppliers should have experience in emergency response care, elderly care provision, and multi-site service delivery.
