Home to School Transport Contracts - Devon County Council Mini-Competition

This is a mini-competition under Lot 1 of the Devon County Council Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS Reference: CP1185 15). Contractors are invited to bid for the supply and provision of home to school transport contracts throughout Devon for eligible scholars. Contract duration is projected at five years, with flexible termination rights available to both the contractor and Devon County Council under the Passenger Transport Standard Conditions of Contract. Either party may terminate at any time in accordance with the contract terms and conditions. Reference: PILT005.
