Insurance and Related Services Provider for Poplar HARCA

Poplar HARCA is seeking one or more insurance providers to deliver comprehensive insurance and related services covering legal liability and general (non-life) insurable risks. Services required may include property damage and business interruption, employers liability, public liability, products and property owners liability, business combined/office insurance, money insurance, all risks coverage, computer insurance, contract works, group personal accident, and employment practices liability insurance. The scope of coverage will be determined at Poplar HARCA's sole discretion. Suppliers must demonstrate strong financial stability with insurers holding a minimum credit rating of 'BBB' from Standard & Poor's, 'B++' from AM Best, or equivalent from an independent, reputable agency. Ratings below A- require evaluation and approval by the bidder's market security committee, with written recommendation and disclosure required before the ITT bid deadline. Assessment criteria include: ability to provide the contracting authority with choice of suitable insurers and/or cover options; a skilled and competent service team including client relationship management, insurance claims management, insurance broking/underwriting, and insurable risk management; and delivery of quality service to the contracting authority and clients, including services provided by any third-party contractors or proposed insurers.
