Gas Servicing Contract for Glasgow South Side Properties (2026-2029)

This is a three-year gas servicing contract running from September 14, 2026 to September 13, 2029, covering tenant-occupied properties on Glasgow's south side. The contractor will provide annual gas safety inspections and certifications, reactive maintenance and parts replacement, testing and servicing of smoke/heat/CO detectors, and gas meter condition checks. Customers must be notified of annual service appointments at least 14 weeks in advance for mid-market rent properties and 10 weeks in advance for other properties. The contract may be extended annually for up to three additional years (maximum six-year total term) based on satisfactory performance measured against Key Performance Indicators. Additional variable work tasks may be assigned as detailed in the tender documents.
