Boiler Servicing and Maintenance Contract for Non-Domestic Properties

South Ayrshire Council is seeking a qualified contractor to provide planned and reactive servicing and maintenance services for boilers in non-domestic properties. The contractor must have experience maintaining multiple heating system types including gas, oil, biomass, electric, and LPG boilers, along with associated parts and components. This Measured Term Contract (MTC) will be awarded to a single contractor who demonstrates the capacity, resources, and expertise to deliver comprehensive coverage across all heating system types. The successful contractor will be responsible for both routine preventative maintenance and emergency repair services to keep heating systems operational and compliant.
