Beulah Hill Cladding Remediation Project - Consultant Management Services

Hastoe Housing Association is seeking qualified consultants to provide comprehensive project management and professional services for the cladding remediation of two residential buildings located at 1-73 Menlo Gardens and 26-78 Priory Crescent, Beulah Hill, Upper Norwood, London SE19 3DT. Required services include: Employers Agent services through the defects rectification period; Architect to design works and provide technical oversight; Fire Consultant/Engineer to advise on fire safety compliance; Structural Engineer for structural assessment and design; ongoing Site Inspections through completion of making good defects; Cost Consultant services including budget management through project completion; CDM Principal Designer and Building Regulations Principal Designer to oversee regulatory compliance; BSF Interface liaison as Grant Certificate Officer with monthly reporting; Fire and Rescue Authority coordination including liaison with London Fire Brigade; and Social Value support to the Client. The successful consultant team will provide continuity from project inception through final defects rectification, ensuring all remediation works meet current building regulations and fire safety standards.
