Flat roof remedial works and upgrade at Colaiste na Sceilge school in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry

Kerry Education and Training Board invites tenders for a summer works project at Colaiste na Sceilge Garranebane in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry. The project involves remedial works and upgrade of an existing flat roof area along with associated builder's work as detailed in the project drawings and tender documents. Interested contractors must submit: a signed Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works, a signed Volume B Form of Tender and Schedule, and a signed Volume C Pricing Document and Schedule of Prices. Site visits are strongly recommended to assess all aspects of the work and existing site conditions. The contracting authority will not consider any claims related to lack of knowledge of site conditions or existing installations.
