External Monitoring and Evaluation Services for South Downs National Park Authority Corporate Plan 2026-2031

South Downs National Park Authority seeks an independent consultant to monitor and evaluate the delivery of its Corporate Plan (2026-2031) against established targets. The engagement includes: annual data collection and analysis with summary reporting throughout the plan period; a mid-point evaluation at the end of year 3 (2029); and a final comprehensive evaluation at the end of year 5 (2031). The consultant will support the design of evaluation frameworks and may need to conduct data collection beyond the methodology outlined in the Corporate Plan. This role requires expertise in monitoring frameworks, independent verification, and evaluation reporting to ensure accountability and demonstrate the organisation's progress towards its strategic objectives.
