Ireland – Industry Assistance Programme: Counselling Services Framework

Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) is seeking a single-party framework provider to deliver counselling services through an Industry Assistance Programme for the Irish horse racing and breeding sector. The programme will be available to all industry employees and their immediate family members. HRI will manage participant eligibility and determine initial programme requirements. This framework is open to HRI, its subsidiaries, and partner organisations with funding or governance relationships with HRI. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend this framework to other industry bodies as needed. Counselling services should be tailored to support the wellbeing of racing industry participants and their families.
