Printing Services Contract - Digital, Litho, Exhibition, Photocopying and Security Printing

The University of Hertfordshire is seeking qualified printing service providers through a competitive tender process. This is a three-year contract with an optional two-year extension, for a maximum contract duration of five years, subject to satisfactory performance. The tender is divided into two separate lots that suppliers may bid for independently: Lot 1 covers litho printing, digital printing, and exhibition printing (up to 3 suppliers will be appointed); Lot 2 covers photocopying and security printing (1 supplier will be appointed). All University policies regarding information security, data management, and systems will apply to selected contractors. This contract is not subject to the Procurement Act 2023.
