First Aid Supplies and Defibrillator Equipment Procurement (2026-2030)

The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is conducting this procurement on behalf of the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), who are the Contracting Authority under the Procurement Act 2023. This opportunity involves sourcing first aid consumables and defibrillators for the 2026-2030 period. Two frameworks will be utilized: (1) First Aid supplies through the EOE NHS Collective Hub for Emergency Medical Consumables and Equipment (reference 2025/S 000-000372, valid 01/01/25 – 31/12/27), and (2) Defibrillators through NHS Supply Chain for External Defibrillation and related services and accessories (reference 2022/S 000-035844, valid 31/07/23 – 30/07/27). Suppliers should be familiar with NHS framework agreements and capable of delivering medical-grade consumables and equipment to meet Metropolitan Police Service requirements.
