Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Wholesale Supply - Pre-Market Engagement

The University of Exeter invites suppliers to participate in pre-market engagement to help shape its upcoming procurement for Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) wholesale supplies. This engagement seeks market feedback on the proposed scope, procurement approach, contract structure, and evaluation methodology. Interested suppliers should submit a completed Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire and a brief company presentation via the e-tendering portal by Monday 30th November 2026. The presentation should outline your organisation, products and services, relevant experience, innovations, and value-added services. The University will review submissions on a rolling basis and may contact suppliers for clarification, additional information, or follow-up discussions. Selected suppliers may be invited to individual meetings (virtual or in-person at the University of Exeter) to discuss their feedback in detail. Please note: participation is voluntary and does not constitute a formal call for competition. The information gathered will inform the University's procurement strategy and tender documentation only. Participation will not provide any advantage or disadvantage in subsequent procurement processes, and the University reserves the right to modify its strategy or not proceed with the procurement.
