Synthesis of Overseas Plans to Manage Pathways of Invasive Species Introduction and Spread

The Office for Environmental Protection (OEP) is seeking research to review and synthesize evidence from selected overseas jurisdictions on how they design and implement pathway management plans to control the introduction and spread of invasive species. This work will directly inform the OEP's assessment of domestic pathway action plans in Great Britain and support the organization's statutory function to monitor and evaluate progress toward Environmental Improvement Plans and associated targets. Suppliers should be prepared to conduct comparative analysis of international best practices, identify key design principles and implementation strategies, and provide actionable insights that can be applied to strengthen Great Britain's invasive species management framework.
