Fleet Maintenance and Management Services for Gas Networks Ireland

Gas Networks Ireland (GNI) is seeking qualified service providers to manage its fleet of vehicles. The scope includes comprehensive fleet management services such as road tax administration, vehicle compliance and safety inspections, servicing and repairs, vehicle recall management, tire services, fuel provision, breakdown assistance, accident management, driver training, vehicle disposal, and telematics systems. This is an expression of interest stage only. GNI will host a market engagement session to present an overview of the organization, its fleet, growth plans, and the detailed contract scope. Interested suppliers will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback during this session. Following the market engagement session, there will be a one-week period for suppliers to submit suggestions and recommendations. GNI intends to issue a formal tender through OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union) after this consultation period. Suppliers should note that GNI will not provide clarifications on this PIN notice at this stage. The date of the market engagement session will be communicated after the two-week closing date for expressions of interest.
