Site Setup and Establishment Services Framework Agreement

Arc Property Services Partnership Limited seeks to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement to provide comprehensive site setup and establishment services across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, and Leicestershire. The framework will appoint up to 2 qualified contractors to deliver works on an as-needed basis for Nottinghamshire County Council and other customers. Services include site establishment, temporary works, site security, furniture and equipment decanting, temporary roads and parking areas, and general labour activities. The framework operates under the NEC4 Framework Contract with individual call-off contracts for specific projects. The anticipated term is 2 years with options for two further 1-year extensions (maximum 4 years total). The total framework value is £800,000 (including VAT) available across all suppliers, with no guarantee on volume or value of individual work. Successful suppliers must demonstrate collaborative working, social value contribution, carbon reduction commitment, and high standards in health and safety, compliance, and service delivery.
