Dublin City Council – Supply of Spring and Summer Flowering Bulbs Framework Agreement

Dublin City Council is establishing a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the supply, delivery, and unloading of spring and summer flowering bulbs to be used in 2026. The initial contract period is 12 months. Between 2 and 5 suppliers will be selected for the framework, subject to meeting the selection and award criteria (a minimum of 2 suppliers will be admitted if fewer than 4 qualify). Work will be awarded through mini competitions, with each framework member receiving supplementary invitations to tender for specific requirements. This opportunity is subject to funding approval.
