Corporate Legal Advisor Framework for Transport Infrastructure Ireland

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), the statutory agency responsible for managing national roads and light/metro railway infrastructure, is establishing a Framework Agreement to procure corporate legal services. The framework will provide comprehensive legal support across multiple areas including: Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) advisory and support; procurement and contract administration guidance; litigation services; and general legal counsel covering planning, environmental, employment, commercial, data protection, health and safety, intellectual property, IT/AI/information security, and pension law. Legal services will also cover Luas line developments and extensions, roads and green infrastructure projects, and corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. This framework aims to establish an on-call resource for TII's evolving legal needs across its infrastructure development and management activities.
