Running maintenance depot materials and consumables supply framework

WM Trains is seeking suppliers to establish a framework agreement for providing depot consumables and materials used in the running maintenance of railway rolling stock. This includes oils and lubricants, filters, greases, and other related maintenance materials. The framework will be available for use by WM Trains and participating authorities including Train Operating Companies, Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, passenger and station licence holders, and DFT Operator Limited. Suppliers should be prepared to fulfil call-off orders and schedules of work from multiple railway operators. WM Trains will manage the procurement process and serve as the primary point of contact for all communications. The framework agreement may be novated or assigned to Train Operating Companies or successor parent companies following corporate restructuring.
