Organisational Development Support for UK Portfolio Grantholders

Services should include: assessing organisational effectiveness, identifying development needs, and delivering training and support to strengthen organisational capacity. The UK Fund supports well-established programmes demonstrating proven impact, with a focus on scaling and expanding work in communities facing poverty, disadvantage, and discrimination. The fund prioritises long-term systems change, requiring grantholders to combine service delivery with systemic transformation. Suppliers should propose their own methodology and methods, incorporating co-learning and co-creation approaches with participating organisations.
