This is a demand-driven contract with no minimum volume guarantees; estimated annual consumption will be based on historical usage and operational requirements. The successful supplier will be responsible for issuing vehicle cards, recording all transactions, and providing monthly invoices with a 30-day payment term. The contract runs for 12 months with a possible 12-month extension based on satisfactory performance.
