Supported Housing Needs Assessment and Strategy Development for Birmingham

Birmingham City Council is seeking a consultancy to conduct a Supported Housing Needs Assessment (SHNA) and develop a Local Supported Housing Strategy (LSHS) for the city. The successful supplier will work collaboratively with the Council's Public Health team to ensure their work complements a concurrent Support Exempt Accommodation Health Needs Assessment (SEAHNA), with both assessments informing the final strategy. The contract runs for 8 months, commencing in July 2026. This is an opportunity to support strategic planning for supported housing provision across Birmingham, ensuring housing and health needs are thoroughly assessed and addressed through an integrated approach.
